1. Maximum Seating Policy

We have a maximum seating policy of 2-hours on Fridays and Saturdays. If the lounge is not busy, we will be lenient.

2. Table Service

We require customers to order at the tables and pay immediately after ordering. This is also the case for subsequent orders as well.

3. Age Restrictions & ID Checks

Due to government and local enforcement authorities, we have to ID check almost all individuals, especially those visiting for the first time. If you appear under the age of 25, we will perform an ID check. We have to keep track of all patrons who enter the building as part of our security policy. Security have the right to deny entry.

4. Dress Code

Our Dress Code reflects our vision: Prestige and Luxury.

We ask that our patrons operate a smart and casual dress in our establishment.

We do not accept Tracksuits, Shorts, Slippers or Sliders.

Our security and management have the right to deny entry if these dress codes are breached.

5. Last Orders

The last orders taken from the Kitchen are at 11:30PM. We advise our customers to make their food orders before this time. After, we have a Late Night Special Mezze platter and snacks from the Bar to compliment Shisha and Drinks.

The last orders from the Shisha Lab and Bar are taken 30 minutes before closing at 01:30PM.
