How long can i sit in the lounge?
We have a maximum seating policy of 2 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. This applies for bookings as well. If the lounge is not busy, we will be lenient.
Is there a dress code?
We have a dress code in place. Our Dress Code reflects the vision we have sought out: prestige & luxury. We ask that our patrons operate a smart and casual dress in our establishment. We do not accept Tracksuits, Shorts, Slippers or Sliders. We retain the right to deny entry.
How can I book a table?
Its quite simple. Click on the "Reservations" button on the menu and go through our booking system. For large bookings or parties, please message us directly on Instagram. Please note that if you are booking for anyone who is under 18, they must be supervised by a legal parent or guardian and they are only permitted to stay until 8pm.
Is there a booking fee and do I get my booking payment back?
Yes there is. We have a booking fee for per person of £10 on weekdays and £20 on Fridays & Saturadys. Your booking fee is reduced from your total bill when seated. So you spend from that total first.
Do I need to show ID when entering?
Yes. Due to government and local enforcement authorities, we ID everyone who looks under 25 without exceptions. We may need to ID people due to the security protocols in place and requirements from local authorities.
Can I order something that is not on the menu?
We will do our best to cater to your needs. We may be able to craft your desired food or beverage. Please consult with a staff member.
What time does the kitchen close?
The last orders are taken at 11:30PM as the kitchen closes shortly after. We do have snacks and a late night special for those feeling hungry later on.
